When will my order arrive?
Please keep in mind that you are ordering custom personalize pieces.All pieces are custom made items, please refrain from ordering if you're not willing to wait the time frame.
- Please allow 3-5 days for your payment to clear/process.
- Custom pieces, you should get your necklace in 14-25 business days normally sooner. (Excluding Federal Holidays and weekends)
- When your order is ready for delivery, a tracking number will be issued to the account associated with your paypal or email.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather delays.
- Items are shipped through USPS.
- Sincerely Skye is not responsible for wrong shipping address nor any stolen packages once item is marked as delivered.
- We can only ship to the address that paypal gives us. We can't change the address once an order is submitted on ANY circumstance.
- If your item is lost or stolen please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number that was given.
What is the return policy for jewelry pieces?
- Since all items are custom pieces ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS unless there is a mistake made by Sincerely Skye.
